Privacy notice

Pre-launch notice: DoubleProof is currently in private preview. Public Google account connections are not yet enabled under the DoubleProof brand. This notice will be expanded before general availability.

Who operates DoubleProof

DoubleProof is a product operated by YT Advisors (“DoubleProof,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Information we process

When access is enabled, DoubleProof may process account information, instructions, connected-service data, execution records, approval decisions, and evidence needed to provide requested business workflows. We limit collection to information needed for the feature a user chooses to enable.

Google API data

The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs by DoubleProof will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google data will be used only to provide or improve user-facing features requested by the user. It will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Access will be requested by capability and limited to the permissions required for that capability.

Service providers

We may use vetted infrastructure, authentication, storage, observability, and AI-processing providers to deliver requested features. Before Google connections become generally available, this notice will identify relevant provider categories and explain the safeguards that apply to Google-derived data.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only while needed to provide the service, maintain required execution evidence, meet legal obligations, or resolve security issues. Users may revoke a connected account at its provider and may request deletion of associated DoubleProof data.

Security and human access

We use access controls, encryption, tenant separation, and audit records intended to protect connected data. Human access is restricted to support authorized by the user, security and abuse investigation, or legal obligations.
